I wonder if the Tibet posts are organic, or a project of the the Chinese government trying to get people from other areas of China to move there, in order to dilute the locals.
Wow, that's an angle I haven't even thought of. I just figured the Chinese government was exaggerating how well Tibet's doing economically to try to justify their rule of it, and make separationists look more ridiculous or something.
