“My wife lays around all day in the month-sitting centre. When we took a tour, they said they had all kinds of classes here, and we talked about how we were going to take classes while we were at the centre, but now, she just lays around every day. Feels like we’re missing out on the whole package. Are you guys the same while sitting the month? XD”
Comments say, “My god, how terrifying. A man who wants his wife to be thinking about lessons even while she’s sitting the month, just because he feels like he’s not getting his money’s worth.”

“A lot of ordinary girls have been brainwashed by these supposed “independent women”. Their favourite slogan is that women are doomed to a life of slaving away as soon as they’re married. Their children don’t take their surnames, they can’t go back to their own family for the holidays. Actual smart girls stay single their whole lives and live freely as themselves.
And then, a whole bunch of normal girls end up believing that bullshit, and don’t look for a partner at their best age.
And once they don’t have an age advantage anymore, and start suffering the hardships of society, they discover that whether or not they’re married, they have to slave away their whole lives so long as they don’t have money. Sure, they don’t have to worry about whether their children have their surname, because they don’t have children to begin with. And they don’t have to fight about whether or not to go back to their family for the holidays, because they’ve already broken up with their parents by this point. Even if she went back, she wouldn’t be able to put up with her parents urging her to get married, so they can’t go home anyways XD.
I’ve discovered that there are a whole bunch of really sinister girls, who know that this kind of slogan is only going to screw over ordinary girls who can never make any money, but they’ll still keep saying it. At first, I didn’t get it, and then I found out later that it was just their way of making sure there’s less competition for high-quality men.
Some girls are surrounded by high-quality men when they’re young, but they encounter these people who talk them into not dating, and they missed out on all those great opportunities. By the time they realise they want to date again, all those high-quality men have gotten married a long time ago before they turned 30.
So, if you can really be a career elite and make lots of money, it doesn’t matter if you get married or not. But if you can’t, then you’re better off dating as early as possible.”

As soon as I got in the room, I saw the cabinet tilting over and about to fall. I threw the bowl of wontons down and caught the cabinet just in time. If I was even a second late, I don’t know what would have happened. He probably would’ve died.
So I never say things like how, “A child’s birthday is their mother’s day of suffering.” I just tell him this story. And every time, my son said from the bottom of his heart, “Thank you, mom, for saving my life, or I would’ve died after just coming to this world for a year.””

According to American news reports, the CDC has explained that they have discovered a new strain of Covid in America and is currently tracking this strain. Based on GISAID’s data, this strain has been named BA.2.86, and currently has four cases around the world, in Denmark, Israel, and Michigan, America. Based on the bata, BA.2.86 is showing over 30 mutations, far more than any other strain before.
The CDC explains that based on the current evidence, it’s hard to tell what kind of health risk this strain will present to the public, but it may be more of a risk than any other strain so far.
Due to the large amounts of mutations in BA.2.86, the WHO has listed it as a “Monitored Mutant Strain”.

“I just had a baby June last year, and I haven’t had a period since. Around the 22nd of July this year, I suddenly had 3-4 days of bleeding like it was a period. OK, this has been bugging me, and I need to ask: what are China's commonly accepted covid-19 origin stories? Do they think that American agents in the WIV released it on purpose? Or that we were were intentionally doing dangerous research on foreign soil so that someone else would bear the brunt of any mistakes?
As I understand it, here in the USA we've mostly settled on it being either from an accidental leak from the WIV, or from an exotic meat market. For a while there was speculation about cave explorers, but I haven't heard that in years. And after China's response was so self-damaging, I haven't heard suggestions that the CCP intentionally released it.
