I'm no chef, but that stuffed bun is quite odd to me. I don't think I've ever seen a similar method before.
I mean, looking at the end result, it's still a pretty big, solid ball. I just don't know what you'd have to do to dough to make it so stretchy. I have no idea how to cook either, especially not complicated black magic like making bread.
