End of 2023 and early 2024, Hangzhou Shangcheng District Commerce and Tourism Conglomerate negotiates stock transfers with Zong Fuli (Hangzhou Shangcheng District Commerce and Tourism holds 45% of stocks for Wahaha and has continuously negotiated with Zong Fuli about stock transfers but could never reach an agreement about price).
