07/08/25 - No one should work at companies that don’t have two day weekends. Scabs get stitches.
#Lawyer reminds it is illegal to sell videos of Nanjing Red Grandpa. “On the 8th of July, Nanjing, Jiangning police posted a public notice that Jiao (male, 38-years-old, from out of state) cross-dressed and had sexual intercourse with many men and secretly took video to spread on the internet. The rumours that a 60-year-old uncle in Nanjing had sex with over a thousand people are not true.
Based on Jimu News reports, Jiao was referred to as “Old Red Man” and “Red Grandpa” on the internet. Right now, there are many people on social media selling related private videos for 0.5RMB, 1RMB, or 3RMB. Some are even giving it out for free in return for clout. One netizen selling videos explains that you can get a video for each 1RMB red pocket, but the videos may not be complete. “I bought it off someone else too, this is all I have, I don’t make a ton of money selling these.” Netizens giving out videos for free will direct others to add them as friends and claim that they are a professional film taker and if people have future needs, they can be contacted.
Lawyer Fu Jian believes that selling sexual videos is illegal behaviour, but it is not criminal. People will face detainment or a fine. Spreading sexual videos for a profit, according to the Penal Code line 363, can be sentenced to three years or less. In severe circumstances, it may carry a sentence of 3 to 10 years, plus fines. Lawyer Lin Feiran told China Youth Daily reporter that internet platforms also have a responsibility to manage sexual videos.”
A compilation of people trying to make the workplace better:
“I’m not looking for work, but I’ll send my resume out to various companies once in a while, so I can ask them how much salary they’re offering. And no matter what they respond with, I always tell them it’s too low. I’m doing my best to make sure everyone else is getting paid better.”
“I repeat, cool fact, one-day weekends means working for two extra months for free each year!!!”
“I’ve got two accounts. One is under my real name. The other one is completely made up, including work experience. I’ll use the fake account to check out whichever company I want to go to first, and then say that they don’t want to work weekends or the pay is too low.”
“I always demand 4 day work weeks. If there’s enough support for it, we might get two day weekends as a compromise.”
“I started a shell company and put out hiring ads on Boss [hiring website] with higher salary than other people. I just don’t hire anyone.”
“Every day, I report companies that only hire people below 35 or 30 or 28 or 25.”
“I specifically ask people if they pay for insurance, and if they say no or that there’s no insurance during trial periods, I report them.”
“If we fight for this as hard as we fought for Nezha 2 [recent cartoon movie that did really well in the box office because people had some weird idea that if they push it to be the highest grossing film, it’ll really embarrass Hollywood or something], then we’ll get two day weekends in no time at all.”
“Every day, I send all kinds of perfect resumes out to HR, and when they ask me to come in for an interview, I said I received a better paying offer somewhere else. Bless everyone.”
“Guys, write your diploma to be lower than it is, or else HR will think that you actually want these jobs.”
“I’m gonna write an app in Python to do this en masse. Let’s return the market to how it should be.”
“When I worked as HR, the applicant wanted 9.5K, and I got him 10K. I just want every salaryman to get more money.”
“No one should work at companies that don’t have two day weekends. Scabs get stitches.”
“Lemme tell you, because everyone on the internet is complaining about how the economy sucks, my friend’s company actually made more profit this year than last year, but she still lowered the pay for the positions she’s hiring for. When she first got in, she was paid 16K, and now for the same job, the boss is only offering 12-14K because the economy is bad. That way, they can oppress their workers more. And a lot of people are saying they can’t find jobs, which makes older employees more scared of quitting. These bosses are evil, man.”
[Malaysian IP] “Can foreigners do this? It sounds fun, and it’s doing something good.”
“Can you just make stuff up for your resume? I’m a college student on break with nothing to do. I want to do something for my future self.”
“Hi, please concentrate your efforts in Guangzhou because I’m in Guangzhou.”
“College students, if you have nothing to do, go to hiring websites and PUA hirers. Then you’ll get two day weekends when you graduate.”
“It actually works. The reason my department started doing two day weekends is because everyone we tried to hire demanded two day weekends, and the company eventually had to give in.”
“I’m HR. If you don’t want to work the job, please tell me that you don’t want one day weekends! That way, I have evidence to show my boss. Last time I told him that nobody wants to work one day weekends, he said I was putting limits on myself.”
“My company is like this. We always had major and minor weekends [that is, 2 day weekends for one week, then one day, then two day, and so on]. But whenever applicants hear it’s major and minor weekends, they all refused to come in for an interview, so the company decided to start doing two day weekends from June. Hahahhaha, I’m so happy.”
“This is the correct way to collect karma! This is the highest virtue! It’s not dumping bottled water into rivers!” [放生--releasing animals back into the wild, a traditional religious way to build good karma, but rather than spending money on fish at the fish market to release or something, people have been cheating by buying bottled water and releasing the microorganisms back into nature.]
“Who can make a Yelp for companies?”
“I suggest that everyone, employed or unemployed, do this. If you have free time in your day, go to hiring websites and tell people the pay is too low. All workers should be complaining that wages are too low.”
“If you have the energy to participate in the gender war online, stop. Do this first.”
“I don’t work. But I go on Boss every day to try to get interviews and talk to people. They tell me the pay is 3800, I tell them it’s too low and I won’t do it. They tell me it’s one day weekends or major and minor weekends, I’ll say not even dogs will work these jobs. I only accept two day weekends, 5K+ pay. I’m just out for revenge. I don’t even want work.”
“I’m also not looking for work, but just to build karma for myself, I report ten companies with one day weekends every day.”
“Stop memeing about 3K a month. My boss actually believes it and wants me to hire a PhD with work experience for 3K.”
I saw the Red Grandpa case yesterday and at first, I was shocked too. But I get it. It’s like what I’ve always been telling you. Men really aren’t that picky, even super hot men. Don’t act like this is turning your world on its head. Change your mindset a little and you’ll see what I mean.
You think that getting to know a hot guy is super hard, getting a date is super hard, that’s all because you’re not looking at the big picture. You want his heart. You want to be the only girl for him. You want him to love you, to spend the rest of his life with you. But most men have no idea what “love” is. You’re trying to get something from a man that he doesn’t have. Of course it’s not going to work out. They don’t have love because they’re really not that picky. They don’t date people based on how they feel like a girl. Girls might think that a guy is great on all fronts but they just don’t have chemistry. Men aren’t like this. So long as you meet their criteria, then they like you. They have no idea what feelings are. So unless you have exceptionally rare qualities that fit very specific criteria, you’re entirely replaceable in his eyes.
Some girls will read this far and be like, “I’m so disappointed in men. They’re all bastards. I don’t want to date anymore.” Just look at things from another point of view and you’ll see. It’s actually a good thing that they don’t care about feelings and they’re not very picky. This means you can definitely sleep with the hot guy you want, or at least date significantly up (of course, you still have to vet hot guys and make sure they at least have normal morals, or else they’re not worth your time).
I’m not saying that anyone can sleep with a hot guy. You still need a little bit of skill, but this skill is not hard to pick up. Because I’ve found that there’s a certain formula to women that men like. (If you ask a woman what kind of man she likes, she might not be able to articulate it, but all men more or less like the same kind of women).
Let me just give the formula to you straight.
Feminine appearance + gentle and sweet to him + horny enough + not clingy + keeps him hooked.
The first point, feminine appearance. If you want a woman to think you’re good-looking, that’s very hard. You need some exceptional features. But if you want a man to think you’re good-looking, that’s easy. Just dress yourself up to be obviously feminine. I’ve once took some influencer pictures and asked the guys around me to do a survey, and their likes are very uniform. They like long black straight hair with bangs, or loosely wavy hair, braids will work too. It makes you look gentle. They like women who show their legs. Short skirts + long legs is a killer blow. Some of them like stockings. Pick off-white, lotus pink, or purple for your clothes, with Peter Pan collars or lace, and some pearls. Men don’t like black, white, grey.
Second point, be gentle and sweet. I’ve asked men what kind of woman counts as gentle and sweet, and I later discovered that what they mean is just being verbally on his side. Praise him, talk him up. No matter what he says, look at him like you’re awed. Use cute reaction images and add a cute suffix to your sentences, and he’ll think you’re cute. Gentle just means don’t argue back, don’t have a temper, and occasionally care about him.
The third point, horny enough. They like kinks. In bed. You don’t need to be elegant or educated. Just be open about sex. You might think lingerie and black stockings are totally cliche’d, but that’s what they’re into.
Fourth, don’t be clingy and keep him hooked. This is the only hard part, because you have to act against your personality. When women are into someone, they like to constantly hang out with that person, because that’s what gives them security. But men don’t care about security. They want thrill. They want uncertainty. If you cling to him every day, he’ll feel stifled. So smart girls are always busier than her man. They even know how to keep men hooked. Keeping him hooked is talking a lot about how much you love him, but keeping him at a distance with your actions.”
Comments say, “I’m not even into men anymore.”
“Men are picky. They’re just not picky about what’s free. So never be a free girl.”
“Men aren’t even picky about gender.”
